What this site is

We publish explanatory material about financial markets and the software used to access them. The library covers foreign exchange, digital assets, technical analysis, risk management, trading psychology, platform mechanics and volatility. Alongside that, we maintain research pages examining how specific trading platforms — including ProMarketsCFD — can be evaluated by a reader using public information and a consistent set of criteria.

What this site is not

  • We are not a broker, dealer, exchange or investment manager.
  • We do not operate trading accounts and cannot accept deposits or process withdrawals.
  • We do not provide personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to ProMarketsCFD or any other platform discussed on this site.
  • We do not publish ratings, awards, testimonials or performance claims.

Why it exists

Most introductory information about trading is produced by parties with a commercial interest in the reader opening an account. That does not make it false, but it does make it partial. An independent educational resource can do something different: explain mechanics without a sales objective, state plainly what public information cannot confirm, and keep risk in the foreground rather than in a footnote.

How we work

Our approach is documented publicly. The research methodology page sets out the six criteria we apply to any platform and the sources we accept. The editorial policy page explains independence, review and corrections. Readers who want to see the framework in practice can start with our ProMarketsCFD review.

Contact and corrections

We welcome corrections. If you believe something published here is inaccurate, out of date or unclear, tell us what it is and where you found better information, and we will review it. Accuracy matters more to us than being first.

Financial Markets Research Team

Our editorial team researches market structure, trading mechanics and platform documentation, then translates it into plain-language educational material. We publish independently, do not sell trading services, and do not provide personalised financial advice.
